Never been an issue for me. I have not a single issue about stripping down naked in the changing room, jumping in the shower, and then striding around the change room fully nude. I don't care if people look. Never have. I'm typically the first person to suggest skinny dipping when the opportunity is there. Also when I travel, if there is a nude beach, I'm all over it. I don't think the naked body is something we should be fearful of showing.
Funny story. Once in college a girl accused me of being afraid to show skin. After getting a good laugh out of that I started stripping down right there at the front entrance of the college. I took my shirt off and only got to the point of undoing my belt and unzipping my fly before she submitted. She was more embarrassed then I was. I'd have stripped down to nothing.
I have no problem walking around the locker room naked, I’m not shy in the least. I got used to it in school playing football. We never had a problem changing or showering and still even carrying on a conversation. I’ve never really understood how so many guys are so shy. Guess they are either extremely homophobic and scared someone is going to see them, or they are embarrassed about what they have. 😂
I'm not self conscious or anything but I don't like just changing in front of people even if they are women too. If I do change I will go in a stall. However I don't shower with a swim suit on or anything, preferably go in a stalled shower, but if there isn't one then I just mind my business and get done.
I haven't used a locker room in years though. I usually go the gym and come home.

Just like I don't care being seen in my underwear by guys, when at the beach or pool, we don't care being seen in our bikinis, then why bother when in underwear? it's the same amount of skin being shown! :D
I don't feel weird getting naked in front of people in a locker room if I absolutely have to - I have a pretty nice figure :P
But I prefer a stall or enclosed shower space for changing. I figure it spares the moment of awkwardness that comes when you encounter random nude people...

I find it no bother.
Not at all. I find it odd when people take extraordinary measures trying to cover up while changing. We all have the same basic equipment, who cares if someone else sees it?
I don't mind it, but if I feel that I'm being stared at I will go in the bathroom stall and change or cover up.

I play football and after practise, if it is too hot, we'll even change and shower with the door open (making it possible for anyone outside the complex to see us).
Some of the guys, especially the ones out of shape or with non-impressing nether regions, are more self conscious and will change and shower really quickly.
I don't change, I just go in my car with whatever I have on and shower at home.
