  • That depends... if it has been a long and sweaty day I will shower anyway so if I have sex after I guess I showered before sex ;-) the question is how long before sex is a shower considered "before sex"? 1 hour, 2, 4? immediately before?
    We have done immediately before too. you start making out and realize that your last shower was yesterday morning... if there is going to be any sort of "face close to genitals" kind of situation, I will ask for a short pre-shower. No doubt.

    Other days I shower after... no shower sex ever tho, we have an old fashioned (slippery) bath tup and to even try would potencially be deadly lol

  • Well, I certainly make sure I'm not sweaty before sex. I try to smell nice because I would hate to be smelly before we got started-good hygiene is important, haha. And afterwards it depends. If my boyfriend and I are in bed and sleepy, then no. But if it's in the morning, then yes.

    I don't live with my boyfriend so I always shower before going over to his place or hanging out. It's about 100 everyday in my town, so it's definitely needed-and the same about good hygiene applies.

  • It depends on when my last shower was and what I've been doing. If I'm not to sweaty I'm down for having it without. Sometimes too it just isn't possible like if you've been out on a date and stop to go parking on the ride home. Afterward, cleanup is a damp facecloth or if in the car a wet wipe or tissues.

  • I shower at least once a day to begin with so smell is no problem. So I don't shower JUST to have sex. I know I'll get there, end my day with a shower if I'd not started my day with one. But no, not RIGHT after sex, never. Right before? Yes, but he joins.
