The reason I say yes is bc girls shouldn't be having sex till at least 16 - 18 and any younger than that is just ludicrous coz now they have to go through school with a child and not be able to live their lives the way they want to coz they got pregnant at such a young age

Not. Condoms should be available to everyone. It would be good that can be purchased at vending machines, because many young people are shy, then have sex without a condom, and it causes a lot of undesired pregnancies.

just because someone doesn't have condoms doesn't mean they won't have sex. It doesn't matter if someone likes the idea of teens having sex or not, they will do it no matter what you think so rather give them access and have them protect then forcing them into having unprotected sex.
Here you can get condoms everywhere easily... in the supermarket, on public toilets, even some schools and universities have them so there is really no excuse to not use any condoms
at first i did but then I thought.. the little ones are gonna do it no matter what so of they are they may aswell be safe about it
