  • The only time people use condoms during a blowjob involves safe sex. In other words, you're with someone you don't know very well and you're assuming they could have an STD. For example, if I meet some dude at a club, I'm not putting my mouth down there without one. I haven't seen a clean bill of health, and I have no wish to contract any STD's.
