Does anyone else get wet and actually soak through their pants?

Sometimes I get so turned on that I get a wet spot in my pants. It is really embarrassing. Am I the only one? How do others deal with it?

I'm pretty sure this is common. If you're not wearing thick pants use a panty liner or something so the wetness won't go through.

Well I mean when he'll touch my pants and can feel the wet spot, he'll say something. He's never actually said anything just by seeing it, but I usually wear dark jeans or black pants so it's not as visible.
