I heard getting a hickey can feel like an orgasm. Especially on the boobs for girls.

It just feels like someone is sucking on your skin, and can even hurt if the person sucks too hard.

That being said, it can be a real turn on and feel pleasurable if it's done on an area that is sensitive or on an erogenous zone (i.e. breasts, neck, inner thighs). I've never heard of anyone comparing the feeling to an orgasm though and I've never experienced that myself.

It only feels orgasmic on the back of my neck lol, everywhere else it still feels good though. But on my chest, I can't really feel it anyway, so my neck is probably my favorite.

well it never has for me. lol. if anything it hurt on the chest. def hurt like even the dasy after or what ever. lol. but on the neck I don't know. but you should just try it out and see for yourself. I think its diff for everyone.
