No,not permanently.

When turned on,blood flows to the breasts,which can make them look bigger or feel slightly heavier,and if you were turned on due to the groping,then that may have been it.Only temporarily.

When aroused, your breasts and genitals engorge with blood. Your nipples will be more erect and more sensitive. So they did get bigger, but only temporarily.

It had nothing to do with boobs getting bigger, might have caused your nipples to harden and grow for the moment, but nothing else

well they can swell when aroused. so that can be it. Also, if you're on BC (believe you said you are) small breast growth (up to a cup size, but usually much less than that) can occur over the first 6 months or so.
