No. Just because the penis is erect it doesn't mean you can't move out of the way or "bend" (not really the right word but I can't think of it right now) it. Even when fully erect the penis can still be angled forward so it comfortably sits on the guy's stomach. It does so quite comfortably and there is zero resistance to moving it that way so instead of being impaled on his penis it will just be sandwiched between the two of you. It's the other way (downwards towards the feet) that the penis will not bend (when hard).

So, no you're not going to hurt the guy by lying on top of him or sitting on his lap.

It can hurt if she's bending it, but if that happens you'd definitely know because it'd be a scream and me lifting you off of me... if it's flat up against my stomach or something and she's just on it though, it doesn't hurt. The pressure does make it harder though ;)

Well my d*** is so big that it has a blinking red beacon at the end of it so if there are any planes in my airspace, they won't hit it. So usually I don't have this problem because women are aware of where it is.
