If you want to lose weight fast then:
-Stay away from milk or coffee
-Exercise 30-45min a day with exercises that target more than one muscle group in your body (Ex: Squats, planks, burpees, pullups, etc)
-Exercise for 4-5 days a week
-Instead of sweets eat fruits instead
-Lay off the ice cream
-Eat peppers and vegetables (hearts of romaine, cabagge, iceberg lettuce, spinach)
-Eat fish (low on calories from 70-130 depending on which fish you eat)
-Eat more home cooked meals than outdoor takeout or fast food.
-Eat berries
-Sleep 8-9 Hours
-If you can try running 1-2mile at your own pace, andwhen you get a faster timing and more cardiovascular resistance pick up the speed or add more distance.
