Yeah, I can tell the difference on my guy and I'd be surprised if it wasn't at least half an inch. Plus I've read that in penis length studies (might have been Kinsey's) they told men to measure three times and take the average. They wouldn't do that if it didn't fluctuate.

it should be different. I really depends on how horny you really are. if ur horny enough to the point that it starts hurting then that is about as big as it gets. if it is starting to go down then you will notice a difference.
