Sperm actually will die after a certain amount of days. The only way you would come in to contact with another guys sperm is if she went straight to you right after. Also don't sleep with her but if you do always use a condom.
That's not the way it works, pal. The vagina is a self cleaning oven, semen can't get "stuck" up there. Besides, the major reason you should be afraid is that you don't want a chick who has unprotected sex that often anyway.

True, it's self-cleaning. It's also designed to hold on to that semen as long as it can. The sperm itself can survive for up to a week and the fluids of the guy is expelled little by little in that time frame. Not much to do about it either if enough got to the uterus, however... Unprotected sex with strangers sucks. It's so not the way to go. If I'm with a girl for the first time and she's keen on unprotected sex it doesn't really make me happy. It tells me things about her habits I wanted to be different. Not every STD has a break-out for everyone. You can be a carrier and not know about it. Even if you're with an honest and near-abstinent person they can carry something that'll be bad for you.. and vice versa. You'll only know if you're tested.
This is going on a tangent, a little off topic, but there's a reason sperm stays up there and is excreted slowly. Do you know what natural selection is? Whoever produces more offspring has their genes and traits spread to the next generation. Being the best at producing offspring (holding on to the sperm) is a pretty good way to pass your genes and traits on. The trait in this case is the shape and function of the vagina and uterus when it comes to holding on to the sperm till you ovulate. Women who were good at that have been passing on their genes for thousands of years now, more so than those who weren't. You can apply this rule to almost everything, but when it comes to reproduction itself it's pretty cut and dry cause and effect.

Agreed, the majority does leave you in a day. The rest however stays on the uterine wall with the sperm and is excreted over several days. Also good to see you mention wearing a condom. The only person you should do it without with is your significant other.. and preferably only after you're both tested and using other long term protection if you're not looking to get pregnant.

Most women have a shower and clean themselves to wash away any leftover sperm that's still present in the vagina. Eventually after 48-72 hours the vagina flushes out the last bit of semen so it's hygienically clean :-)
