Few girls are going to enjoy a 3 inch penis and even fewer girls are going to appreciate a 12 inch one that can't even fit in them.
But what needs to be said is that the vast majority of guys are close to the average size. So around 5.5 inches. You'll hear girls saying that their boyfriend was 8 or 9 inches all the time especially on here and for the most part it's not true.
