Does this pimple look like an std (Warning, graphic images)?

Question

I only have one of these and there used to be a cut there (from shaving) now it's a pimple or blister. It 'grew' after I slept on hotel bedspreads naked, yes I know it was a bad idea

it's not herpes or anything, Herpes only lives outside the body for a few seconds so you can't get that from hotel bed sheets.  It looks like a pimple or ingrown hair to me but I'm not a doctor.

Looks a lot like a sebaceous cyst. Does it hurt? If so, you need to see a doctor. Either way, I'd suggest checking with a doctor.

It looks like it is full of puss. It might burst soon. I should get it checked by a doctor. If it was a cut, it might be have just got infected, or it might be a boil.
