I prefer uncircumcised - in my opinion, it slides in much smoother. But that's only if there isn't a condom on him. If there is, it does feel pretty much the same.

I have seen attractive and ugly penises of both types. I just have a lot more fun with guys who aren't cut.

Friend got circumcised, as well as common sense... If your uncircumcised you're rubbing your head against foreskin as well as the vagina walls, so there's much less friction and a lot more rubbing.
