I find it uncomfortable to not sleep with a bra most the time; when I don't my breast or rather, the muscle beneath them tend to be a little more sore and sensitive. Of course when your laying down, your not fighting gravity as much, so it's not like the boobs get super saggy, but having that extra support while you sleep isn't a bad thing.
My boobs are definitely perky - don't know if it's from keeping a bra on or not - but they look a little more full and perky in the mornings when I wear bra's to sleep, as compared to not wearing one.
I have large breast and I can't stand to NOT to wear a bra to bed! for me if I don't I feel too exposed and it makes me feel like I'm too open! I have heard that it is bad to wear a bra to bed but they never say why, so I still do it! I don't find it uncomfortable for me I have bras I wear to bed and others that I change into in the morning so that I'm not wearing the same one all day long!
nah it don't I heard lots of sex makes them grow more though, how ttrue that is I'm not sure like my friend longstory short her and her boyfriend had tons of sex one month and her boobs grew 2 cups, wether its because of the sex I'm not sure but yeah I find sleeping with a bra very uncomfortable
I read your answer and became curious as to whether it was true. I've done a search, and the two do not have any correlation. What does have correlation though is breast massages. So maybe the foreplay helps.
