Embarrassing only lasted 30 seconds!

Help I had sex for the first time and I only lasted 30 seconds. I embarrassed myself in front of her and now I don't want to talk to her. What should I do?

  • That happened to me with the 2nd woman I ever had sex with. I was 20 she was 18. (my first time I was drunk so much that she came 3 times and giving her credit she didn't give up and gave me head and a hand job until I finally came a tiny bit. like not even a blow but a bloop).

anyway, 2nd woman (girl whatever), I was mortified. I appologized, she said it was "ok" we watched some TV. A little while later I was in the bathroom jerking on it trying to get another hard on thinking it would have to last. I finally coaxed him into getting hard, put on the condom, went slow this time, maybe it lasted a min, min and a half tops. I wanted to climb under the hotel bed which don't have an underneath...

long story short (yes, too late) we just had our 17th wedding anniversary and have been together 21 years this January.

    True Story

  • If it's her first time too, she probably wanted it over quickly too.

I used to think that going at it for hours on end would be the stuff women were looking for. The problem is that most partners don't want it to last more than 30 minutes (foreplay not included) if that. My S.O. told me that when I don't hold back, she climaxes with me because it is much more intense. Though there is a difference between having sex and making love. Big difference actually.

  • the worst thing you can do is not talk to the girl! it will make her feel like you just had sex with her and now want nothing to do with her and she will be upset. honestly you have no reason to be embarrassed, nobody has perfect sex the first time, or even the second or third. you are making it more of an issue than it actually is. i promise this isn't the end of the world and the girl isn't thinking poorly of you. talk to her and say how you were totally surprised you only lasted 30 seconds and would like to try again or something, the more you have sex the more you will be able to control when you climax,, you just need more experience. do not worry about this! and whatever you do, dont just suddenly ignore the girl unless you want her to be very mad with you

  • Nobodies first time is perfect, my first time didn't last very long. I wouldn't worry about it, your obviously embarrassed by what happened so just talk to her about it I'm sure she'll understand. Just give it another go and try not to worry about it and you'll enjoy it more, if she begins to question why didn't it last so long and you don't feel comfortable telling her why then just tell her that you only fancied a quicky or something.

  • Never mind honestly.

Nobodies first time is ever ages.

My cousin told me he didn't last long and that it was embarrassing, you've just got to carry on living, there's nothing you can do about it.

The positives - YOU'LL BE LONGER NEXT TIME :D

    Seriously though, don't stress.

  • don't sweat it

it's really not that big of a deal. Remember now, you got some (sorry for the neanderthal thinking girls). Your responsibility now is to not be a d*ck, and avoiding would make you seem like one

  • It's normal. Talk to her about it and let her know how you feel. She Will understand and will probably be willing to do more so you'll last longer the next time.Sex is just like anything else, it takes practice.

  • its normal for you to come so fast your first time man, chill. I lasted almost an hour my first time but that's just me.

  • It was your first time... that's normal

  • If she still wants to see you, stay with her. Everybody knows the first time can go like that. My first was coming in her hand while she was guiding me in.

Tell her she had you so excited that you couldn't wait.

    • Ha what did she say when that happend?
