Eyes water during foreplay

So for some reason my eyes water when I am doing anything sexual, especially fingering. It's not from pain because it feels amazing. I'm not crying, and I don't feel like it is an emotional response. The tears just end up running down my face, and I'm worried this is a turn off for my boyfriend. Has anyone else experienced it? If it was your partner, would it bother you?

That's an interesting question and one that may simply be chemical. If what you're describing are tears coming from your eyes it could be that your body is relieving built up stress. The act of crying is as much a chemical response to stress as an emotional response. Tears contain the hormone cortisol, which during stressful periods is abundant in the body. I am not a scientist, but perhaps it's possible that you are letting go of tension and with it, cortisol. If you don't feel it's an emotional thing, it could just be your body's own natural and unique response to sexual stimulation. As for a girl's eyes watering during sex, I think the response would depend on the guy. I think it would be off-putting if I didn't know why her eyes were watering, but if I knew, probably not so much.

Suggestion: the eye dr. once told me that scratchy/ watery/teary eyes means you have dry eyes, perhaps try buying some "rewetting" eye drops and every so often (twice a day) put some drops in your eyes and see if you suffer from it any less.

...second opinion is that maybe you have some emotional issue that you just refuse to acknowledge... but try buying the eye drops first.

This legitimately happens to me every time! I don't even reach orgasm for this to happen. There's no dry eyes... it's not like they're just leaking from the atmosphere, ... I'm not overcome with joy or sadness and emotionally start shedding tears... it's like... this insanely good sensation throughout my body and then it feels like pressure in my nose and then tears just come out. Like... no emotion whatsoever! I wish I knew why haha. But this happens to me every single time I have sex with my girlfriend, and since she's using her fingers (like you said it happens to you with fingering) maybe there's a spot in there that triggers some sort of gland or something? I'm trying to find answers on google. Glad I'm not the only one! :)

This has actually happened to me before a couple times. Sometimes when I lay down my eyes start to leak. I would say its pretty normal. Seeing as I have nothing wrong with my eyes.

If it is still happening in cowgirl position then there might be something wrong. But I seriously doubt it.
