Well... I don't think I've ever had it done without them asking. In the beginning guys have always asked but I enjoy it so much that I'm telling them to do it now. I think they should ask permission first though, cause it's a touchy thing and some girls aren't into that, and feel degraded etc. I can kind of see how they'd feel that way, but the whole degrading thing is kind of a turn on for me anyway (only when we're having sex, not for any other situation)
