  • It seems like this was probably just medical and you're reading too much into it. Men's testicles are really good at developing lumps and tumors, so doctors will examine them if they're anywhere in the area. The only thing that would be really weird would be if she took a lot of time on your penis. There is such a thing as penile cancer, but it only happens to uncircumcised guys. If you are circumcised, she'd really have no reason to focus on your penis. So if she was touching it a lot or something, yeah, that'd probably be a little abusive. However if she wasn't, and she just smiled at your erection, that's be pretty normal.

    Guys get hard all the time during exams and she probably just wanted to make you feel like it was okay. I worked as a chiropractor's assistant in college and damn near every guy I saw got an erection. I either ignored it, smiled, or maybe made a quick joke if I knew that he saw me see it. There were a couple manipulations that required pants to be off, and when the doctor asked me to do that with a guy I'd usually be exposing an erection. You really do just get used to it after a while. It becomes something that happens at work, while erections at home are another thing entirely. Not that the guy I was with didn't constantly ask how he measured up, but that was his concern, not mine. I was just trying to make it through the workday, and if there was an erection, as long as I didn't have to touch it, then whatever. I really didn't care. And neither I or the chiropractor (who was female) would ever be getting our jollies by touching a male patient. It just wouldn't happen.
