So to deal with my somewhat limited stamina, during sex I often start and stop a lot. Typical for me is something like 30 seconds of thrusting, stop, 30 seconds, stop, 30 seconds, etc. The last time my girlfriend and I had sex she said to me "Baby, I can't handle you being inside me without moving". I know though that if I DO keep moving I'll come . . . so what would be the best thing for me to do in a situation like this? If I'm quick, I DO take care of her orally, so it's not an issue of her not having an orgasm of her own. It's more a matter of her being frustrated during intercourse.

If you stop thrusting and do some grinding when deep inside you may last longer. It's the in and out friction on the penis tip that makes you come too quick. Try to keep your c0ck still but the pelvis grinding.

Could always just try going slower. Think about baseball or something. You could also try rubbing her clit while you're stopped just to keep her going.
