I don't think that the penis is gross at all! (Unless it isn't well bathed, but that is a different story.) I don't think that it is the most beautiful thing in the world, but it is definitely something intimate about it and it brings great pleasure. It's because semen leads to pregnancy. So, imagine having a womb in your penis. You have to protect it. So when you don't want kids the aversion to cum makes sense. Also, there's a lot of pornos that give women a messed up sense of what a blow job is.
