Depends on how old you both are... 35 and 50 sure... 21 and 36 you need to know that she has really thought things over and is OK with it. At 20, or so years of age, some girls are mature and can make these sort of decisions, while others can't and may later regret their choice(s). Also, with that kind of age difference you have to take into account whether there are any other types of complications that your aware of that she may not have though too much on... How often will you too see each other afterward, do you work together or near each other, etc. Be prepared to think things over for the both of you... don't just consider how you will feel afterwards.
Well I ll speak of my self, I have dated people 10+ older than me when I was younger. I had amazing experiences with them. And I wasn't thinking how long the relationship would last cuz even if he was younger I wasn't ready to commit to any one yet, but I was ready to live and experiment. So it is not just any guy older than you, no, It is a combination of many things. Now I dont need no older dude, Im not 20s any more , so it depends on what point of her life she is.

No since in my opinion most guys that age have lost most of their looks and in my country they're likely to be bald and/or overweight.
The pros for younger girls I've slept with ... I know what I am doing, I don't come after 2 minutes, I can do it a bunch of times, and I know how to/focus on their orgasm v just getting my rocks off. I'm in better shape now then when I was younger. I get many girls aren't attracted, and that's cool, but usually older guys are way better in bed...
@justincide In my opinion considering that most gals don't orgasm or get much pleasure from sex in general the possibiliy that older guys being way better in bed isn't much. As well as an older guy being better in bed doesn't mean much to me since he's far far less appealing than a guy my age unless he looks younger than his age. No different than it doesn't mean much to if obese unattractive gals are better at bjs to a guy who prefers thin attractive gals.
