Wow. Um, first off, I think you mean "fondle" as opposed to "fumble". Anyhow, no. Definitely do not reach out and grab her chest in that manner. What will happen is probably a quick retreat and a bunch of awkwardness on her part. It doesn't necessarily hurt a girl when you grab her chest (unless you do it in a manner that would hurt -- I think you can understand that), but it most certainly is an area of her body that she is conscious about and shouldn't allow being touched by someone she's not necessarily at that level with. You most certainly need to wait on signs that it is OK for you to proceed with something like this. If she's not your girlfriend (OK, or "FWB") then you need to take it to one of these levels. Touching in inappropriate places can get you in trouble with the law as far as sexual assault and harassment are concerned. If you make it to the level where you've kissed and are ready to become sexual with one another, it might then be all right to lightly rest your hand on her breast (you might want to "accidentally" brush it with your hand and see how she reacts first). However, don't get grab at it! That's awkward and weird!
