Your girlfriend sounds like as self centered immature little girl. Do not do anything to alter your body. Many women love an uncircumcised man, including myself. They have a sheath that creates less friction on a woman, and as women age, women create less lubrication. Non circumcised males are a wonderful thing for a woman who has difficulty with lubrication. And we all have that from time to time. There is no downside to having foreskin when it comes to comfortable sex. Also, since you are an adult, you know what it feels like to have foreskin, and forskin is sensitive, and adds to your pleasure. You are going to be more than a little p*ssed, when sex will not feel as good to you any more, because you know how it use to be. You will never get that sensation ever again, if you remove your foreskin. It is different for men who have been circumcised since birth. You cannot miss what you never had. Just think, you remove it, you decide it sucks, and she goes off with another guy anyway, and you changed your body permanently, all for nothing.
If your girlfriend really cared about you, she would have sex with you and love it with or without foreskin. Did it ever occur to you that she is just looking for an excuse not to have sex with you? She certainly sounds immature enough to make up some silly excuse, like "I don't like having sex with uncirmumcised men." How many uncircumcised vs circumcised men did she have sex with before you, where she can make such an assessment? Ask her exactly what the difference feels like and why your penis feels so awful when you have sex with her. Or perhaps you haven't even had sex yet, which makes this request of hers even more insane. You really need to think hard about this whole relationship. This issue of the circumcision may be just the information you need to decide wether it is worth it to you even to continue your relationship at all. She sounds dreadfully selfish.
I do hope that by picking my answer as best, you will consider taking my advice to heart. Your body is beautiful as it is, and there is no excuse good enough for a woman to demand that you had better change it or else she won't have you. It still p*sses me off that there are women out there that are this unreasonable. I thought we were better than that. This is not the first time, I have been made aware of girlfriends making his kind of demand on their men. It is just plain sick.
Not gonna lie, cercumcised looks better and feels better, I can see where she's coming from. But the difference is really not that big, if she insists you do it she's like said below kinda selfish.

Don't ever alter your body for someone else if she does not like you as you are she is not worth it. That being said I actually think it feels better when the guy is not circumcised the extra foreskin adds to the sensation but it is not a huge difference either way.
If you get snipped, you'll lose half your nerve endings, so half the normal pleasure you would/will normally get. All for a girl. She's not worth the agonizing pain. It will hurt, even with anesthetics. Then even more when you pee while it's healing. Also, you gotta be careful cleaning around there. Hot water will burn. This is why I'm not circumsized. Damn you can learn a lot on Penn & Teller.
I saw that documentary, really not worth it. AND they talked about how the ridge from an uncircumcised penis feels better for women AND men.There's no point in doing it, just for a girl. There are plenty of women who'll love his penis.

If she wants to force you to get circumcised she is not worth your time. I'm circumcised but sometimes wish I wasn't just out of curiosity. If she can't accept you the way you are I would think she is not truly in love with you.
Tell her if she can't accept you for who you are, there's plenty of other girls who will. Get circumsized if you want to, not because she asked you to. That's like you saying to her, I'm not going to have sex with you unless you get breast implants. She sounds pretty selfish, to me.
