The first time over-clothes was when I was 15. It felt very exciting, especially because we were in public (obviously hidden from plain sight). It definitely felt good. The first time on bare skin was about a year or so later, which felt better but not that big of a deal. (It didn't really do anything for me until my current boyfriend had a go...he has the magic touch)
