Depends on who the guy is. If he's a guy I like and we're already kind of having a sexual relationship, then maybe. I don't have a RULE about it exactly, but I've never exchanged oral with anyone I haven't already been otherwise intimate with, because I'm simply not comfortable doing things that way.

I would give a bj to a serious boyfriend, or a casual sex buddy who is sleeping with me exclusively [and likewise I'm sleeping with THEM exclusively], who has been tested and come up negative.
