Not an issue for me. I fooled around on and off for a few years with a friend who has multiple piercings in his dick, including a PA. Though he usually didn't keep jewelry in the PA after a while because he gauged it a few sizes bigger and said the jewelry was kind of heavy for constant wear, lol.

I just looked that up and okay ouch. Most men in the us don't have a frenulum one their penis due to it being removed during circumcision. The frenulum is super sensitive too if the guy actually has one 0.0

I wouldn't say it is a turn on, as I would probably be too intrigued and "wow, did that hurt?", "how long have you had it?", "what type is that one called?", "has it increased/decreased your feeling?" about it to find it arousing. I guess I'm indifferent.
