  • it feels really good. like instant orgasm buildup. the clitoris and the head of the penis are derived from the same tissue in utero so I imagine it feels somewhat similar to having the glans of your penis stimulated... only better because the clitoris has twice as many nerve endings as you do in your whole penis :)

    as far as noise goes, it just kinda happens lol. sometimes I'll make a point to get really into it because it helps the guy know that what he's doing feels good so he'll keep doing that more. also it just kind of turns me on more to make noise haha.
