On the other side, my proctologist is male, but every other doctore I have seen for a long time has been female, including my urologists. Primary physicians saw the whole family and we chose female for my daughter's sake. I foiund them easier to get along with and more attentive, so I stuck with them for m0ost of my doctor needs.
Besides, All the handling I have had down there has been by females, so might as well make the doctors female, also. lol
I have a question along those lines.

i reckon female. id be more comfortable. i know this sounds weird, but i get a little weirded out by being touched at the doctor's, like when they're checking your breathing with the stethoscope and stuff. I'm okay when a female doctor does it, but i tense up when it's a guy. i feel stupid about it but i can't help it I don't know why.
As a woman, I totally don't have a care for the gyne's gender as I'm comfortable with both genders and I guess so they are.
My mother, while delivering my brother, had a male gyne. Only years later, I understood why. He must have been so comforting and gentle when she was in so much of pain.
I chose C, by the way.
A female would have a better personal understanding of what I'm experiencing with more routine tests. I've heard a lot of nasty stories about male gynecologists misunderstanding and ignoring things that women have told them because they just don't get it.
Definitely Neil DeGrasse Tyson. He has an astrophysics degree that's necessary because my vag is out of this world.
Haha, thanks for MH!
There's nothing better than an astrophysics to spot anomalies.
The only problem is that when they discover anomalies, they hurry to publish them. Eagerly awaiting the next issue of Gynecology - No swimsuit edition.

Doesn't matter I've had both. It's professional so it makes no difference
I would just feel more comfortable with a female gyno, it would be less awkward to explain experiences to her
I'm just more comfortable with a female one. I prefer a female GP as well. I think most people are probably best served by a doctor of their own gender.
I dont care they are professionals , mine is currently a male and as long as he doesn't snag his wrist watch on anything im sweet :)
Then don't leave any hooks there for him to snag. lol
No peircings of any sort on my vaj
