I check out a guys face first. If you get into a relationship, that's what you'll see most, so you gotta like it. Then I'll check out a guys chest and shoulder. I check out typically in this order - face/hair, eyes, smile, shoulders, arms, chest, personality, think "yeah I'd sleep with him", butt, more personality, think "yep wanna sleep with him", legs, more personality, think : "god wish he'd sleep with me", then comes the crotch check out and thinking about what it might look and feel like but usually can't really tell.

Almost all women will check out men, even if they don't realize it. It's just a natural thing to do a quick glance up and down. Guys usually start up top and work their way down, women typically start at the shoes and work their way up. I don't usually look unless there's something random or unusual that distracts me toward that area.
