Ok so I can tell you cause I've had that experience: visually it doesn't bother me. everyone is different and just as magnificent. But. You need to find someone whose body is compatible with yours. My ex was like this but he turned the "worng" way, or my "omg spot" was on the worng side. All I'm saying is that if we were compatible he would be able to hit the right spot which for me is on the side ;)

Okay, so I got in touch with the couple. They were in their 50s, married for 29 years before the guy had corrective surgery. Before surgery he was curved directly to the right at a 50 degree angle, 6 inches of length on the inner curve and 7 inches outer. For all 29 years he could only go “balls deep” if he took it very slowly, and could not wiggle around once there, or he would cause her pain. Forceful thrusting was okay only if it was shallow. He had not been hitting her cervix during full thrusts, as she had experienced that before and the discomfort was distinctly different. She swears it was her ovary that felt the pressure.

@MMarina With only their anecdotal evidence Inwas still uncertain, so I found an OB/GYN to provide further clarification. They said that it's rare, but it's not unheard of to hit the ovary during sex, especially in the 30% of women who have a tilted uterus as this causes the ovaries to lie in a lower position. They related it to performing a bimanual exam on a thin woman, which can allow the doc to palpate the ovaries with two hands, one pressing externally over her abdomen and one pressing back from inside the vagina. It can be felt in such detail through the vaginal wall that this can even be used to assess the symmetry and size of the woman’s ovaries. This procedure is uncomfortable for the woman though, as the ovaries — like a man’s testicles — are extremely sensitive to the slightest pressure. During sex, a forceful thrust that curves into the same spot can therefore provide a similar experience for these women.
