Well I'm non circumsized so I can't really answer from their point of view. But they are probably not as sensitive on their heads as we are because they are already exposed to rubbing and such on the head and more desensitized. That's why they on average last longer than circumsized guys. So you just have to probably try different methods of stimulation on and around their whole penis. I don't think any guy doesn't like hand/blowjobs. To me, even a bad bj or hj is better than non at all. It's probably best to find out what he likes. Ask him questions or maybe try different things during your next sessions and see his reactions. You can hear or see or feel if he likes what you're doing. There is really no difference , except for the sliding like its easy with a non circ but its easy with a circumsiced to, just lube it more or whatever its all in the wrist aha but seriously I have been with both , and actually non circ and circ has no effect on the quickness of the blowing!
