Guys' personality changes when horny?

If you are talking to a girl when you are in this state and you are attracted to her, does your personality change?

We are less likely to listen when she's talking. He's thinking, what options do I have to get her back to my place and shag. Keeping a watchful eye for stragglers (those who may not be better looking but might give it up quicker) and planning the exit strategy (how to ditch this one for the other and still keep my place in line should she want some action with me).

This isn't really a change in his personality. If you two were dating, this would be when he tore off your clothes (literally) and took them off with his teeth. Sure you love this highly charged side of him after you got to know him but it's still that horny side of him.

we were video chatting, he was being very direct and was saying things like he can't believe we're just friends, and he has even said that if we stay close we could end up together in the future (at a time when he was serious, not last night). we had already been talking for 4 hours lol, he just got like this at the end.
