Yes, that's mostly true.

The thing is, though, that guys don't mind doing the majority of the work, as long as the girl IS participating and giving us good feedback. We're strong and tough, and we can take doing the "work"; all we ask is that the girl does her best to enjoy it, and to SHOW US that she's enjoying it.

Sure, we also appreciate when she gets on top once in a while, or gives us oral, but again, guys generally aren't complaining about "doing most of the work" during sex. It's really a non-issue.

No. If he's gonna complain that I don't do anything he can get a fleshlight and thrust into that. Guys naturally have more muscle than girls and most positions put them on top because that's just how it works. It's not that the girl isn't doing anything.

just like us guys have to do all the work in order to get a date and relationship, since us guys have to do the approaching, initiating, but doing all the work in sex is something I don't mind at all, I enjoy, but having to approach and ask out all the time, do the pursuing always leading, not comfortable with that

In most positions it is the guy doing most of the work. It is just how we are built. Women can sit and rest on top, where as the guy normally needs to hold himself up. The guy needs to be more careful not to crush the girl with his weight than the girl has to be about crushing her man. So while the guy doesn't do all of the work, I would say that we tend to to most of it.
