Great question! I've always wondered this too and tried to let the guy chose how quick the first post-blow job kiss happens. I also always try to have water around (i sort of feel dehydrated after anyhow) so one gulp of water and no guy has ever seemed to think it was too soon. The answers to this are really nice though... sort of takes the worries away.

I find girls usually tend to kiss me fairly shortly afterwards regardless, without thinking about it/giving me a choice in the matter. I would prefer somewhat of a grace period, 5 minutes or so, for my mental satisfaction, but it's not really a huge deal unless there's still jizz dripping off your lips.
Yeah there is nothing wrong with tasting it or kissing a girl after she swallows. I don't mind tasting myself if she doesn't and when I go down on her I like to kiss her so she can taste herself too.
