I heard on TV that for every 30 pounds you loose your penis gains up to an inch. I didn’t think that could be true, but it really is. I had put on a fair amount of weight since college and finally decided to kick it. I began a healthy diet and hit the gym. I lost 60lbs and am back to my idea weight (same as I was in high school). I feel great and I gained an honest 2” inches!!! I will never let myself be overweight again. Not to mention I have tons of energy and stamina too. Get going for penis sake!!!
