At some point, it's happened with every girl I've ever been with, and it's actually pretty common.
All it is is air that's gotten into your vagina that's being pushed out. If a guy pulls all the way out, air can get in before it closes back up on its own, and when he pushes back in, he forces the air out. Any position where the girl's stomach is facing the ground (i.e., doggy style and variations) makes this more likely to happen, and so are positions like Pile Driver, when her butt is in the air.
The bottom line is that it's completely normal and common, and if it's anyone's "fault", it's the guy for pulling all the way out and not keeping your vagina sealed off. Any guy with any real experience in bed is going to know exactly what happened and why, and it's no big deal.
The best thing to do is laugh it off. One girl used to look back and give me this funny "purturbed" look and make me laugh whenever it happened. Don't make a big thing out of it; that's totally the wrong approach. Laugh about it and let him laugh with you, and it's all good.
I was with a girl who would get so wet she'd soak the sheets with her juices after we were done fooling around. Queefing is something that happens from the penis forcing air from our vagina's as he is pushing in. Happens many times especially if we have an extreamly tight fit which includes being very wet or using lubes. It is not something you accidently do as if the sleeve to piston fit is tight as the piston goes in the air has to go somewhere and it squeezes itself out around the edges.
Oh yeah lol, I found out that most guys don't really think much of it, unless it's like super loud. It's embarrassing like the first time, but if you've got a good bed partner they'll realize it's a normal thing that happens sometimes and hopefully he just laughs it off with you. :) Don't be embarrassed sweetie, it happens.
