Guys, has "blue balls" ever lead you to spontaneously ejaculate?

Serious situation: I recently began a new sexual relationship, so I am trying to ease off of p*rn and masturbation. I was a heavy p*rn user for a while, and I've noticed a weird thing (hopefully just related to withdrawal). Sometimes, (maybe a little less than 50% of the time) when I go to the bathroom to urinate I get a slight, involuntary "twitch" or sensation in my penis (no pain at all), from tip to balls. I notice it after I'm done pissing. I look and I continue to dribble what appears to be urine. It feels like an overflow incontinence (excess peeing). But today I was doing number two, and I noticed the sensation, and when I looked (sorry if it grosses you out), there was what appeared to be exactly normal come and ejaculate in the toilet. My balls had a very slight ache after that, which subsided in about 30 mins. At no point was I ever aroused or erect. Has anyone ever experienced a spontaneous ejaculation or something similar?

  • Not spontaneously, but when I abstain from masturbation it's verrrry easy to come from minimal stimulation. After 3 days - only 3 days - I came getting into bed. My penis brushed against the sheets and I blew everywhere. I mean... Jesus. So, you might just be very sensitive to stimulation when you abstain.

    I don't know why that is, I know not ejaculating builds up dopamine and testosterone reserves, and they're responsible for the whole arousal process, and for me, I was genuinely aroused, but you don't describe being horny at the time, so I don't know if it's the same thing.

  • Check to see if you have retrograde ejaculation? Maybe you're having wet dreams, but with retro your semen slides back into your urinary tract. I don't think its caused from not ejaculating, though ... I think it can happen when people ejaculate regularly. Might wanna google it.

    • There was also a published article about how regular masturbation continually flushes out the vas deferens (the thing involved in a vasectomy), which helps in preventing potentially hazardous things from bio-accumulating in the testicles and testicular ducts, which are not normally "flushed" from normal bodily functions like urinating. From a medical point of view, this makes sense.
