I've read something like 1/3 of guys prefer smaller breasts. Maybe its only 1/4, but its somewhere in that range.
However, I'd suggest a lot of those guys, as teenagers, just sort of figured 'big breasts good?' It takes a little while to realize, no, you don't like the same as everyone else.
Plus when you're really young, breasts make girls look ... well like women not girls. As you get older, they look like women regardless so its a non issue.
I would say 30 -40% prefer smaller...
Each guy is different. I personally prefer boobs that are proportional to the rest of a girl's body. However, I've dated girls with "small boobs" and never had an issue with it.
If a guy is that concerned about one part of your body then he's not someone you want to be in a relationship with.
Big boobs are gross and will sag while small boobs stay perky forever and cannot have any flaws whatsoever
For that reason about 98% of guys secretly hate big boobs and love small ones but they can't say so because of the media. No guy in this world actually likes big boobs.

But really, men don't care about breast size, if you did some research on this site, you'd see this question is asked all the time, & men always say the same thing, that they don't like big breast, & prefer small ones.
I personally, like the smaller the better. That way I can pay more attention to the face.--- I like faces! SMILING FACES. Oops, that wasn't supposed to be all caps... Oh well!

Don't look to guys to feel good about yourself. Not all of them like small boobs and not all of them like big boobs. Tyra Banks is gorgeous with a ton of personality and huge t*ts and she has said that not all guys are into them. I know some guys just love big breasts. Look, most guys aren't worth impressing anyway so don't worry about big boobs or small boobs. Just be happy if they're healthy :)
