Well it must be painful like hell to cause death. I remember reading a court document in Papua new guinea where two woman were on trial for manslaughter for killing their abusive husbands by applying force to their husbands testicles during self defence.
The first ladys name was lucy moro, she was hit on her face with a pool stick by her abusive husband. She retaliated by kicking him near the genitals. according to the court her kick landed on his testicles. He fainted and was pronounced dead at the hospital. According to the post mortem there was no other abnormalities on his body other than bruised testicles. cause of death was neurogenic shock related to pain. The husband was a young man aged 26 and healthy.
The other woman was dabre bamire. Her husband was also young and considered healthy with athletic background. According to the court he had came out of the shower and quarelled with his wife over the towel, he hit his wife in the face and when she fell down he stapped on her neck causing her to grasp for air.
In order to remove his legs she grabbed at his dangling penis and ripe testicles and pulled them. He collapsed and died from shock. He was rushed to the hospital where he was declared doa. according to the post mortem reports all parts of his body were normal except the left testicles was smashed.
The trial judge stated squeezing the testicles in any event was unacceptable.
I know this is a fairly old question, but I just wanted to share my experience...
I'm really into kick-boxing and fairy recently I competed in a mixed gender kick-boxing competition where strikes were allowed anywhere on the body and guys were not allowed to wear any kind of protection (protective cups etc) at all. I was competing against a girl and was winning comfortably on points going into the very last round, but with like seconds to go, I lost concentration and ended up stood facing the girl with my legs spread wide apart.
The girl literally ran up and kicked me in the balls as hard as she possibly could to win the fight!
I immediately screamed out in shock, fell to the floor and was just rolling around frantically grasping hold of my balls while screaming out in absolute agony as the girl celebrated her win! A lot of the girls watching in the audience were laughing and cheering too and what made it worse was that my girlfriend was sat watching on the very front row and of course she was horrified!
I would not wish that pain on anyone and my balls were severely bruised and swollen for at least a week! It was excruciatingly painful and definitely the most extreme agony I've ever experienced by far! :o(

Well thank you and thanks for your sympathy! :o) I didn't get much of that from the girl who kicked me in the balls to win the fight, or the girls who were laughing and cheering in the audience! I'm glad you wouldn't have kicked me in the balls though... You're nice! :o) How would you have reacted though had you been sat watching in the audience and just watched on as the girl ran up and kicked me in the balls and the immense agony that I was so clearly in? I hope you don't mind me asking! lol
Yeah, that's not fair and okay.:/ that's rough/cruel. I'd probably gasp and laugh nervously bit but then be genuinely concerned. :/

It's more nausea than pain.
It's an extreme shock to the nervous system. A sharp pain runs down your legs causing them to basically fail and cause you to fall, your entire abdominal pelvic region gets a huge pain shock feeling followed by pulsing pain that is sometimes very sharp in your kidneys, bladder, and of course testicles, it can make you feel like you are going to puke with cramping all in your stomach and intestines. Your lungs struggle for air and it's hard to breath. You can get back and neck pain and headaches, tearing eyes. Yeah basically it feels like death and there are documented cases of men dying from server blows to the testicles. The cause of death in those cases is neurogenic shock. It's basically the worst pain humans can feel in an intense moment. It fades over a short period of time but it's really f***ing bad.
It hurts In your entire stomach and by reflex will cause you to clench and possibly fall down. Yeah it's very unpleasant.
Depends in the hit. Position. Stuff like that. It can be a good tool for girls to drop a guy. Most of us have had a few shots from tough girls back in middle school. It hurts and knocks the wind out of us but we survive. Life of a young boy. There are a few times when it is much worse. Like a total savage bitch swinging a baseball bat up between a guy's legs from behind. Yup. Seen that. Bad.
No worse than childbirth... You can just look at a first time mother giving birth and should be able to tell that.
I've been in fight sports all of my life so I've taken quite a few REAL shots down there.. Not just the little ones that happen on accident. You feel it mostly in your stomach. You also feel a bit like you're going to throw up and it's hard to catch your breath. Your whole body tightens up and just kind of wants to go into the fetal position.
