Since every lover will be different, have different likes and preferences, I don't think a specific action would answer your question.

For me, the two greatest turn-on's before and in bed are:

1- Knowing how badly she wants ______.

2- He ability to try new things, experiment, and communicate her thoughts throughout those things.

1- I think most guys would agree that when they know their partner wants this or that badly, they want to give her what she wants. If a girl doesn't have an opinion it sucks because it leaves the guy guessing and wondering if she'd like it, if she'd freak out at the idea of it, how much she does like it when you do it, etc. (For example: this one girl I know somehow ends up telling me how badly she wants to do ____. This doesn't make her sound like a slut, it just lets the guy know "Hey! I'm not the only one who can't believe how much/often I want to do ___. If a girl enjoys masturbation, and the guy's cool with it, (can't think of why he wouldn't be), the girl should let him know when she did it, how it was, how much it made her want to be with him. Summary- my opinion will always remain that if EACH member in a relationship concentrates on pleasing the other as much as they possibly can, then sex would always be as amazing as it could ever be.
