definately, I think that if you have the leg definition, show it off! You're probably much more in proportion then you think and finding a skirts/shorts/dresses that are a good length for you will help you showcase you're legs and skinny jeans show off toned legs in a flattering way too. Obviously not just muscular legs are attractive, but I personally prefer toned over thin
I'm a cross country/swimmer/track runner and while sometimes I get a little self concious that my body is too athletic looking, I've just kinda accepted that I'm going to have a little less curves and more muscle, but having great abs is a plus :)

I think the question is a bit loaded by a couple of the muscular pix being quite sexy poses, while the thin pix aren't doing the subjects many favours (VB has looked a lot more attractive in other images for example). Not sure if the fashion one is photo-shopped even thinner than life either.
Nevertheless I am superficially swayed toward muscular by these line ups.

Most of the "muscular" thighs you've posted aren't. They're pretty much average. The thin ones are just downright sickly/anorexic looking, which few guy, if any, will go for. I do prefer muscular, but the closest thing to muscular legs you've posted is the fourth pic, which is more lean than muscular.
