Has anyone ever intentionally flashed people?

I'm not talking about exposing yourself to a minor or running around streaking. I'm talking about going out in public and wearing a skirt without panties. As a hot guy approaches, you just happen to change the position you're sitting in and bring your knees towards your chest or something. It's obviously intentionally on my part, but will he dare to look, or even stare? Maybe you want go braless and bend over for some lucky guy to sneak a peak.
