Hngh! Hngh! I've done it, yes, lots and lots and lots. Uhm... I have too many experiences with it to talk about. A lot of my friends literally every time I get off with them there's *some* aspect of tease and denial, especially ruined orgasms.

I think you don't quite get what it is. I'm not talking about girl blue balling guys out of revenge or being a bitch or trying to make them want them more. I'm talking about a sexual practice that both the guy and the girl involved are enjoying (yes, there are men who enjoy denial).
