  • I've *been* flashed probably hundreds, if not thousands of times. Go to Mardi Gras in New Orleans, or throw a Mardi Gras party (or Halloween party, or Pirate party, or Oktoberfest party, etc.), and you WILL see some bewbs. I've been to several hundred concerts, and girls flash there all the time. I've been flashed many times at parties, I had a Jeep full of girls flash me once, and "wardrobe malfunctions" are pretty common when boating.

    I've had girls change clothes in front of me many, many times too, and that sometimes included full boobage. I was in my HS Marching band, and after Marching and playing in a 5-mile parade in 100 degree weather wearing long-sleeved wool uniforms, we would get back to the buses and no one would care about modesty; we needed to get changed and cool off. Later, I worked in video production and did casting work and pre-interviews. Actresses *mostly* changed in changing rooms, but a lot of models were so used to changing clothes that they stripped down naked without a second thought. I don't know if you'd "count" any of these, as they aren't "directed" flashes, but, yeah.
