Yeah it happens. It's like after a very intense workout or run, then a sudden stop. Your body muscles aren't used to it so they *insert science stuff here* and thus the hearing loss. It's fine, don't worry about it.
That's why usually people don't just stop after a marathon but instead slow down, walk around a bit more then stop. You can too, slowly ease into a stop even after/during finishing.1 0 0 0It actually happens to me too but to a much lesser degree. In some cases (when it is huge) I have a loss of hearong with an intense feeling of my ears just closing up. No problems there. Jist blood goes elsewhere ^.^

It happens to me as well. I actually googled it before because it was really starting to freak me out. Turns out it's actually quite common in women. There are several different theories as to what actually causes these hearing issues. Mine starts as a kind of roaring static or sometimes a ringing, then everything gets muffled. It sucks.
