Hummm... I don't know man, I wouldn't worry about it, gravity kind of takes its toll as you get older. I can't remember what the tendon or what it is called... but basically it's kind of like a rubber band and it is near the base of your penis on the top... So if you're looking down at your penis it's towards the base, you can kind of feel it when you get an erection... It's what's responsible for the retraction of your penis when flacid and the lift upward when errect. There are surgical procedures for enlargement, when you get that clipped it can extend your flaccid penis, and maybe your erect penis but very slightly... if it has changed it's angle it would mean that the ligament (it may be the supersensory ligament but i kind of think it's something else) has weakened or broken. now if it were broken your penis would get erect but would hang straight down, if it was just weakened when you have an erection your penis would simply hang at a different angle
for the most part this isn't really a health concern, especially if it's not entirely broken it could heal on its own with rest.
