Most guys prefer skirts over jeans or dresses. When it comes to skirts, they should be short enough to draw some attention to the thighs while long enough that you aren't being slutty (because leaving things to our sexual imaginations is always a good thing). Shorts have a similar effect but a skirt is generally (a least for me) more appealing than shorts. I like to see a girls belly. When her naval is visible does it all the time. Honestly, for me at least, the hair can either be in a single pony tail behind the head or down.
I mean, there's a reason the Catholic School Girl outfit sells so well. You need an upscale classy version of that (if one exists).
As far as leaving things up to our imagination goes: a classy bikini shot will sell more than a nude one of the same girl. Why? Because we like having more to dream about. (And yeah, I'd love to see a nude picture of Jessica Alba but I have her bikini shot on my wall so take that for whatever it's worth).
And then to get the guy subtly without doing very much is to make sure he gets more than the other guys around. Save your cleavage shot just for him. Also touching is always a good thing. Body contact is good. But you should do it in a way that makes it look like you aren't going out of your way, you know.
Also guys have the uncanny ability to just KNOW when boobs are touching him. So if you have a reason to be behind him, let the girls touch and if his presses back on them, don't move away just act as if it isn't happening and be natural about it. Umm... that's all I can come up with in the physical sense.
As far as parties, all this goes but in an exaggerated fashion and the look is always a good one. Just looking at him in the way you girls have should be enough as long as you follow up on it. So if he actually starts to walk over to you, don't walk away (I've had this happen... SHE wanted me to follow her, I was trying to figure out if I took too long to try and go over to her! So don't do it just stay there and let him come talk).
Basically giving him the sense that you are a little bit more his then everyone else will make him feel err... special. (But doing this too much will make you a tease and actually sleeping with him after you've done this will make you a slut, so good luck with that.)
As far as texts. Text him FIRST sometimes. Also be nice. Maybe be a little more forward than you normally will be. And a good emoticon here and there is good (but not too much cause that's annoying). The greatest text I ever got was when I thought this girl wasn't really wanting to text so I tried to say goodbye and she shot back with "Why? Are you going somewhere?" She was letting me know she was WANTING to talk with me so it was a turn on. We never talked about anything sexual but just knowing she wanted to talk with me and not someone else was awesome.
