Seeing as how I and I know a lot of people who didn't lose their virginity until after 25 and to want this operation because your virgin and 18-24 years old makes no sense. Your young and have time for sex, and to be honest sex isn't really that great with a random. Instead of trying for this operation you'd be better off investing your time in finding a guy to either be with and have a relationship or could have a friends with benefits type relationship.
