How can I stop being stiff in bed?

My boyfriend and I enjoy sex but he admits that I'm stiff and I've began to notice it myself. I move around I don't just sit there. I've just became really active within the past two months so it's still kind of new to me. I always feel pain when he first enters me even if we use lube and if he's tried to loosen my up before. I know my muscles tend to tighten up then. His favorite position involves my legs pushed all the way back with his arms wrapped around them and he hods them really tight so they begin to cramp up and become uncomfortable. I'm completely calm and all that but I find it hard to relax my muscles. The only time my muscles are relaxed is when I'm super horny. Any suggestions?

  • Yoga... My girlfriend was 'rigid' at times and she finally admitted it to me one day. Said the positions I had her in were uncomfortable to her. So I figured ways she would enjoy it and not get tensed up because of the pain.. Not long ago, I'm thinking last year or maybe about 9 months back she started this yoga class... HOLY CRAP! We have amazing sex now in every freaking position we can think of! And she also likes 'banging' to the beats (music) So she is moving them hips and doing all these amazing positions!

  • 1. Foreplay.

    2. Foreplay.

    3. Foreplay.

Seriously, that's about all there is to it. He needs to 'play with you' a bit so that you become horny, and thus loosen up.

  • Just stay relaxed do let Ur mussel's tense up. Do A LOT of for play to get you supper wet and horny and it takes a while for most of your hymn to break remember it doesn't fully break away till you have a baby

    • The Hymen is a rubbery ring that doesn't generally break and go away... it can rip and loosen but it doesn't go away.
